CRITERIA: Applicant must be a graduating senior of St. Mary's High School. Annapolis, MD who has earned at least a 2.5 GPA and preferably is seeking a technically oriented career or a career in information technology. An amount of $1000 is to be awarded according to merit. Applicants will be evaluated on the qualities of ethics, generosity, integrity, community service, leadership and scholarship demonstrated in their life, the qualities depicted in the attached biographical sketch of Jeffrey D.
